About this Event
Have you ever wondered why the gut is called your “second brain”—and what that means for your everyday food choices?
Join E2E Healthcare Solutions and Organize Eating Co. for The Gut-Friendly Kitchen: From Food Knowledge to Habits That Stick, an interactive, in-person workshop for women who want to make healthier eating feel more understandable, practical, and sustainable.
We’ll introduce the gut–brain connection, explore the role of the gut microbiome, and touch on how gut health and hormones relate. Then, we’ll bring the conversation into your kitchen—with approachable plant-forward food choices, kitchen organization strategies, and everyday routines that support putting knowledge into action.
Led by LaTanya Clarke-Pryce, a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Beverly A. Rogers, a food educator, author, and Organizational Lifestyle Coach, this small-group experience includes guided reflection, interactive exercises, and opportunities to ask questions and share ideas.
You’ll leave with a simple gut-supportive food reference, a checklist, and a realistic next step you can begin using at home.
Light refreshments are included. Space is limited to 15 participants.
Come curious—and leave with practical tools to help healthier habits stick.
