🌿 The Great Escape: A Community Safe Space Experience
In partnership with the Edukated Too Initiative
The Great Escape is a donation-based community safe space created to support individuals navigating seasonal depression, emotional overwhelm, holiday stress, and the mental and spiritual heaviness that can surface during the winter months. Inspired by the song “The Great Escape” from the Edukated Too album, this experience offers a moment to pause, breathe, reflect, and be supported without pressure, judgment, or expectation.
This is not a traditional therapy session. It is an intentional space for community care, designed to help people feel seen, grounded, and connected through guided wellness practices and supportive presence.

- Journaling & reflection stations
- Hands-on calming & creative activities
- Sound healing & meditation
