Your Halloween plans just got a little stronger.
She Strong × Alpha Den are teaming up for Boo-Camp: two coaches, a Halloween workout, and a crew ready to sweat and have fun. Come in a workout-friendly costume and bring your friends—this event is open to everyone, not just She Strong / Alpha Den members.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Coached workouts with Brandon and Coach Porsha
• A tic-tac-toe relay to finish with some friendly competition
• A best-costume award
• A spooky setup and time to connect after the workout

Doors open: 7:45 a.m.
Workout starts: 8:00 a.m.
Event: 8:00–10:00 a.m.

Tickets: $30 per person.
Bring water, athletic shoes, and a costume you can safely move in. Keep accessories and props out of the workout area. Both coaches can help you adjust movements to your level.
