About this Event
Before the gatherings, the conversations, and the celebrations, give yourself a moment to simply be thankful. Begin Thanksgiving morning where the ocean meets the shore, with an intentional gathering led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, honoring gratitude not only for what we have, but for all that has carried us here.• Live sound healing experience powered by noise canceling headphones
• Mat and water provided
Through mindful breathwork, guided meditation, and a restorative sound bath, we create space to recognize the people, experiences, lessons, and quiet moments that have shaped our lives.
The morning closes with a meaningful shell gratitude ritual, inviting each guest to hold a personal expression of thanks and offer it to the ocean as a symbolic gesture of appreciation and connection.
A reminder that gratitude is not about having everything we want, but recognizing the abundance already present in our lives.
