An Experiential Workshop
What if forgiveness itself isn't a prerequisite for freedom from the past?
What's that one thing, or things, you wish had never happened?
The Freedom Beyond Forgiveness is an invitation to explore new perspectives on our life experiences, release emotional attachments that may still connect us to the past, and discover the freedom available in how we choose to relate to what happened.
This isn't necessarily about forgiving someone and moving on.
It's about discovering that your freedom from the past may never have depended on forgiveness in the first place.
Through guided experiences, exercises, and personal reflection, you'll have opportunities to explore new perspectives, acknowledge your feelings with compassion, and reconnect with your own Inner Wisdom.
There's no prescribed outcome, no pressure to forgive, and no requirement to share anything you're not comfortable sharing.
