Expert Presentation
A live session on building your business properly, covering the six operational foundations every founder needs in place before they can truly grow. Legal structure, financial infrastructure, digital presence, brand, customer journey, and systems. Practical, specific and immediately actionable.
Live Founder Readiness Audit
Every attendee completes the Berhane Founder Readiness Assessment on the night, a mini self- audit across all six categories that reveals exactly where their business and/or idea stands and what to prioritise next. Your score. Your specific gaps. Your next steps.
