Album Release Show for “No Shrines, No Concrete"
Since forming in 2019, The Discussions, an evolving collective of wildly dynamic creators led by composer Greg Rothwell, have been known for providing intimate listening spaces for their expansive instrumental music.
Rooted in pointed melodies and ever evolving grooves, they organically shift between sonic worlds like one would journey through movie scores that often blur the lines of composition and soundscape.
Years in the making, their new album titled “No Shrines, No Concrete” deepens their psychedelic sound while still maintaining the lightness of their more ambient improvisational endeavors.
