BIPOC-Centered Community Statement

This series is intentionally created to center and support BIPOC individuals and communities, while welcoming anyone who values inclusive, community-centred wellness.

The goal is to cultivate a space where BIPOC participants feel represented, supported, and connected, while creating opportunities for everyone to move, learn, and build community together.

Because wellness isn't just individual, it's rooted in community.

Why Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates can support:

  • Full-body strength and muscular endurance
  • Core stability and control
  • Mobility and flexibility
  • Balance and coordination
  • Posture and body awareness
  • Mindful movement and connection with your body

Most importantly, this is an opportunity to slow down, move with intention, and invest in yourself.

This Is The SHFT.

Four weeks. One community. A new way to move.

Come for one. Join us for all four.
Let's SHFT into the season together.
