Hey Mama, holding up the world? ☕✨You juggle the schedules, the corporate work, the business, the schooling, and everyone else's hearts. You leave your own self-care as a distant afterthought.
I see you. And you don't have to carry it all alone.
Welcome to The Creative Sanctuary for Moms—a dedicated, low-pressure monthly morning gathering designed to help you step out of your chaotic "to-do list" brain and drop safely back into your body.
Absolutely zero artistic "talent" or experience is required!
🌿 The 90-Minute Experience:
• Grounded Somatics: Simple, upright Qi Gong, hand mudras, and rhythmic somatic shaking right by your seat to physically discharge trapped stress and cortisol from your nervous system.
• Meditative Painting: A quiet, rhythmic watercolor mandala process using 8 custom maternal wellness categories (like boundaries, identity, and home sanctuary) to quiet a busy mind.
• Collaborative Coaching: A supportive, non-judgmental peer circle to connect, share our canvases, and collaboratively map out one single, microscopic action step for your personal peace.
🎟️ Strictly Limited to 8 Seats:
To keep our circle intimate, safe, and deeply supportive, spaces are capped at exactly 8 seats.

☕ P.S. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can grab your favorite premium latte or healthy treat at the main Treehouse counter before we step into the private room together to begin!
Facilitated by your neighbor, Quantanique: a local Mom, Licensed Massage Therapist, Birth & Bereavement Doula, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC), and NBHWC Student Practitioner.
📋 Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the intimate, 8-seat limit of this circle and pre-purchased art materials, full refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to our session (before Friday, October 23rd at 2:30 PM). Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are non-refundable but are 100% transferable to another mother. If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full 100% refund will be issued immediately.
