Join Emma Dree and Enoch Raavi for The Cost of Being the Strong One, a two-hour experience combining an interactive workshop with an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath.

THE WORKSHOP
Through guided reflection, conversation, and practical exercises, Emma Dree will help you explore what being “the strong one” is costing you and practice ways to respond differently.
You’ll leave with:
• Boundary language you can use in everyday conversations.
• A simple Notice, Name, Pause, Choose practice for moments of overwhelm.
• Greater clarity about what is yours to carry and where you need support.
• One realistic change to practice over the next 30 days.
THE IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH
Following the workshop, Enoch Raavi will guide an immersive listening experience with crystal singing bowls. Settle into stillness and practice pausing without having to solve anything for anyone.
No meditation experience is needed. Personal sharing is optional, and you choose how you participate.
