About this Event
The Convening of Sons is Lighthouse Tribe's annual sacred gathering designed specifically for sons: those called, positioned, and sharpened for their spheres of influence.
This is not a conference. It is not a spectator event. It is a portal of exchange a space where those who enter are intentionally sharpened, aligned, and deployed.
Each year, the Convening carries a distinct mandate released for that season. The 2026 mandate is "The New Order."
The Anchoring Word
"I have made of you a new, sharp threshing implement with sharp edges. You will thresh the mountains and crush them and make the hills like chaff. You will winnow them and the wind will carry them away, and a high wind will scatter them but you will rejoice in the Lord. You will glory in the Holy One of Israel."

The Convening of Sons this year represents swords being sharpened. You go in with what you have and you come out with an edge you didn't know you could carry."
What To Expect
As sons in different spheres medicine, business, education, law, the arts, technology, finance, family each attendee carries a threshing instrument unique to their field. The mountains you're called to thresh are the structures, systems, and ideologies that haven't yet been submitted to the lordship of Christ in your space.
The Convening doesn't produce spectators. It produces deployed instruments. You'll leave sharper than you arrived.
On the day, you'll experience:
- A fireside chat intimate, conversational, and open to your questions, on walking in the fullness of your assignment and the posture of the new-order son.
- A strategic session: "Digging Ditches" practical obedience and sphere-specific mandate.
- Breakout / small group sessions for sphere-specific dialogue.
- A panel session on the importance and essence of priesthood in Christ.

- Are already walking in their sphere of influence, or in active preparation for it.
- Understand that their career, business, or ministry is an assignment, not merely a profession.
