The Confidence Lab is a full day, collaborative workshop for women who are DONE playing it small. It's not a seminar, no motivational affirmations with us, it's a real, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' day of honest work, genuine breakthroughs and the kind of women you'll be texting on your way home.
Hosted by Leni and Robyn, Co-Founders of Becoming, this day blends Robyn's positive psychology brain with Leni's 'big-sister' energy to go deep on what confidence actually is, what's really blocking yours and how to build it and f*cking own it!
You'll spend the day alongside around 15 women, intentionally small, intentionally intimate, who are all at the same turning point as you. Stay at home mums, rediscovering herself after an identity ambush, business owners tired of hiding and quietly cracking or corporate girlies done shrinking in rooms she should be owning. Whoever you are, this room is yours and you won't feel alone in it for a single second.
You'll walk away with a real, grounded understanding of what confidence is and isn't, the specific blocks that hold YOU back, identified and dismantled, you'll feel like you've finally got your sh*t together and that you CAN do this and importantly, armed with practical tools (because us women love something practical) and mindset shifts you can use from the very next morning.
Enjoy a boujee setting at The Ned, one of London's most ICONIC venues, full of vibes, with breakfast pastries (to die for) on arrival, a stunning two-course lunch and refreshments throughout the day - because we all need that caffeine!
