I will ask a few questions and gain more insight into what your seeking/looking for support on and once I am satisified of your level of commitment to this programme I will sign you up. It is important you attend as many as you can, there is flexibility if you miss one or two, but to ensure progress & make real change there has to be accountability & consistency.
If we have an a lot of interest I will do several groups and hope to extend this into the rest of the year.
NB: as this is a free programme signing up here does not guarantee a spot as it is imperative we create a group that can commit and take personal responsibility for attending and contributing.
This will be a focussed group COACHING & mentoring to help with various aspects of your self-development from overcoming obstacles & limiting beliefs holding you back , Co-creating a career development plan to aligning with your values & boosting self-belief & confidence. There will be group exercises & homework I will set at the end that will be accountable to me for as well as have an accountablility partner within the group :)
