About this Event
In this hands-on session, we’ll explore the most common causes of plant decline - from over and under watering, and poor drainage, to nutrient deficiencies, ‘pests’, diseases and unsuitable growing conditions. You’ll learn how to read a plant’s symptoms and trace problems back to their root (!) cause.
We’ll cover what different plants actually need from their environment to thrive - depending where they are from in the world. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how roots work, different soil types, and why stress makes plants vulnerable.
You can show your photos or bring in examples for discussion. Together we’ll diagnose issues and talk through realistic, practical solutions.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel more confident assessing plant health, preventing common problems, and giving your plants the conditions they need to recover and grow strongly.
