Join us at The Waters Edge at Giovanni’s for The B’s Wine Dinner, an intimate five-course dining experience celebrating the bold flavors of Brunello, Barbaresco & Barolo.
Our culinary team has created a seasonal menu designed to complement an exceptional selection of Italian wines throughout the evening.

First Course | Fall Salad
Mixed baby greens, roasted butternut squash, candied walnuts, goat cheese, pomegranate, raspberries & balsamic vinaigrette
Second Course | Seared Diver Scallops
Caramelized sea scallops, parsnip purée, crispy pancetta, brown butter, lemon & micro herbs
Third Course | Wild Mushroom Risotto
Arborio rice, wild mushrooms, osso buco ragù, Parmigiano Reggiano & fresh herbs
Fourth Course | Braised Short Rib
Slow-braised short rib, creamy Parmigiana polenta, roasted cipollini onions, red wine reduction & micro greens
Fifth Course | Giovanni’s Signature Dessert
