In celebration of the best Holiday of the year, join me for a special Halloween themed sound bath in a salt cave while the vail is at its thinnest!
Surrounded by the beauty of pink himalayan salt from Pakistan, we will begin with a witchy intention-setting ritual which will help to focus our energy and help turn our intentions into physical actions. Then I will guide you through a gentle breathwork exercise, which will flow into the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. I invite you to slow down, create space for new intentions, and simply just be.
This restorative sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you back into balance with yourself and the natural rhythms of the season.
Come dressed up in your best Halloween costume, bring a blanket, bring some water if you'd like, and wear white socks.
