Rather than acting out, many boys and young men are quietly withdrawing, struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and a lack of confidence as they try to find their place in an increasingly complex world. Economic uncertainty, social media, changing expectations of masculinity, and fewer opportunities to develop independence have left many families wondering how to help their sons become resilient, motivated, and prepared for adulthood. Join licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Chris Bogart, who has spent more than 40 years helping children and families thrive, and Vince Benevento, founder of Causeway Collaborative and author of Boys Will Be Men, for an engaging conversation about what they are seeing in today's boys and young men, why these changes are occurring, and what parents can do to make a meaningful difference.
Drawing on decades of clinical experience and Vince's work mentoring more than 2,500 young men, this discussion will explore practical strategies for helping boys develop confidence, emotional strength, resilience, purpose, and a genuine sense of agency in their lives.
