About this Event

Join us at beautiful Knoyle Hall in Brighton for a powerful 2.5-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session guided by Benedict Beaumont, founder of Breathing Space.

Whether this is your first breathwork session or you’ve been practising for years, you’ll find a warm, inclusive space where you can soften, explore, and reconnect with yourself. This is a community gathering open to every experience level, identity, and background.

In a world that moves fast, taking time to breathe deeply and consciously is more than just grounding, it’s life-giving.


What to Expect

A welcoming space: No experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

Somatic and breath-based warm-ups: Gentle movement and simple breathing exercises to ease you into the session.

: A powerful journey to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and connection.

Integration time: Space to rest, reflect, and share if you wish.

Anyone aged 18+.
This session is ideal for complete beginners, curious explorers, and experienced practitioners wanting to go deeper within a supportive community.

We want this practice to remain accessible while honouring the energy, time, and care that goes into creating this space.

Benedict Beaumont — Breathwork Facilitator, teacher, and founder of Breathing Space.
Benedict creates grounded, empowering, and heart-led spaces for deep breathwork experiences. His facilitation is rooted in safety, integrity, and genuine connection. He's been practicing for many years, and has led thousands of students on Breathwork Jjourneys.
