What if you could experience more connection, more presence and more aliveness without the expectation that sensuality has to lead somewhere?
The Art of Sensual Presence is an intimate, experiential evening exploring sensuality, conscious touch, consent, boundaries and embodied communication.
Through guided practices, conversation and intentional connection, Maria and Adonis will invite you to slow down, listen to your body, communicate what you desire and what you don’t, and experience what becomes possible when connection is rooted in clarity rather than assumption.
We will explore:
• Consent beyond simply “yes” and “no”
• How to communicate boundaries and desires with greater clarity
• Giving and receiving intentional, conscious touch
• Sensuality as presence rather than sexual access
• Listening to the wisdom and signals of your body
• Creating connection while honoring your own autonomy
• Experiencing sensual and erotic energy without needing to take it further
This is a sober, choice-based experience. You are never required to give or receive touch. Every practice is an invitation, and your boundaries, your no, your maybe, your yes and your choice to change your mind are welcome.
Couples and singles are welcome.
Dress in what makes you feel alive
Because this is an exploration of sensual presence, you are invited to wear something that helps you feel sensual, sexy, powerful and connected to your body.
That might be something soft and flowing, silk, a beautiful dress, something fitted, lingerie layered with other pieces, or simply clothing that makes you feel incredible in your own skin. There will be a private change room available if you would like to arrive in your regular clothes and change once you’re here.
There is absolutely no expectation to dress provocatively or reveal your body. Sensuality is personal. Wear what allows you to feel comfortable, embodied and authentically you.
You do not need any previous experience with embodiment, conscious touch or sensuality.
Come curious. Come exactly as you are.
Leave with a deeper relationship to your body, your boundaries, your communication and your capacity for intentional connection.
