The journey continues in a joyful circle of movement and expression, celebrating friendship, compassion, and the beauty of being seen and understood.

About Joanne Burgess:
Joanne Burgess is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach, and Certified Recovery Peer Specialist with more than 15 years of experience.
She is the founder of Flight of Minds and the creator of HypnoExpression™, an immersive wellness experience combining guided hypnotherapy, creative expression, somatic movement, and group integration. Joanne currently offers hypnotherapy and workshops at The Standard Spa Miami Beach and has worked extensively across wellness, hospitality, mental health, and recovery settings.
Joanne is also the creator and author of The Winner's Circle Method™, a parts-integration and conscious-access framework designed to help people understand their internal responses, create greater cooperation between different parts of themselves, and access qualities such as confidence, clarity, creativity, and authentic expression.
Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for gentle movement and walking in the garden are recommended, along with water.
