Join us for a heartwarming afternoon of Thanksgiving Kirtan, Mantra Meditation, and vegetarian potluck with Patita Pavana, James, Dee, Fey and Dan of Spirit Soul And Friends®…Come celebrate gratitude, peace, and loving fellowship through the joyful sounds of sacred mantra music. Whether you're new to kirtan or have been chanting for years, you are warmly welcome to join us for this special gathering in San Diego.
EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF KIRTAN - Kirtan is a beautiful, meditative practice of call-and-response chanting accompanied by live music. No musical experience is necessary—just bring your open heart and enjoy the uplifting vibrations of sacred mantras!
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Peaceful mantra meditation, breathing and meditation with mala beads
- Joyful group chanting and mantra meditation
- Live devotional music; some instruments provided
- A Thanksgiving vegetarian potluck featuring favorite holiday dishes and desserts
- An opportunity to share food, friendship, gratitude, and peaceful vibrations
PLEASE JOIN OUR THANKSGIVING POTLUCK - We encourage everyone to bring and share a favorite Thanksgiving dish or dessert. Homemade specialties, traditional holiday favorites, and delicious plant-based creations are all welcome! To honor our vegetarian gathering, please prepare your contribution without meat, eggs, or alcohol.

DONATION-BASED EVENT - This gathering is offered on a donation basis. Contributions are gratefully appreciated and help support our community outreach and the sharing of kirtan and mantra meditation.
ALL ARE WELCOME - You don't need to be a musician, know the mantras, or have any previous meditation experience. Come as you are, participate at your own comfort level, and enjoy an afternoon of sacred sound, delicious food, and loving fellowship.
