Workshop #1: Inside & Outside: Exploring Who I Am

Location: 911 Golf Links Road, Suite 200, Ancaster, Ontario
Price: $50 per workshop • all materials included
In this 90-minute creative workshop, teens ages 12–16 will explore identity, individuality, and self-expression through art.
Using collage, colour, words, symbols, and other mixed-media materials, participants will create an “Inside & Outside Me” art piece that represents both the parts of themselves others see and the parts that may be less visible.
Along the way, we’ll explore the many things that make us who we are—from our interests and strengths to our values, hopes, experiences, and the things we’re still discovering about ourselves.
No artistic experience is needed, and there is no “right” way to create. Participants are always welcome to engage and share at their own comfort level.
This workshop is part one of a three-part Teen Art & Wellness Series.
