Saturday, October 17, 10am. A guided wild food walk during a magical time of year in the forest. Late summer berries, nuts dropping, mushrooms popping up overnight, leaves changing colour above you.
Our small group will stop along the trail to tune into the forest and its treasures.
You'll leave with knowledge of plants that shaped history and ancient cooking, taste wildcrafted food made from the forest, and spend time using all of your senses, great for taking a break from everyday life.
About 2.5 km at a slow pace. Come solo or bring your friends or family.
