About the Tech Leaders' ForumTech Leaders’ Forum is an in-person English-language meetup series for modern Tech Leaders navigating complex leadership and engineering challenges. Instead of slide decks and keynote talks, we host moderated panel discussions with active audience participation, focusing on real-world situations, challenges, and lessons.
Attendance is intentionally limited to create a trusted, intimate environment where honest conversations and a meaningful exchange of experience can happen. This is not a conference, but a professional community for tech leaders who don’t want to face leadership challenges alone.
Topic: Formal Performance Feedback: Keep, K*ll, or Reinvent?
Formal performance feedback is supposed to help people grow and make decisions fairer. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it becomes a frantic annual ritual, compressed into impossible deadlines, full of calibration debates and feedback that should never have been a surprise in the first place.
We’ll look at what’s genuinely worth keeping, what we’d happily K*ll, what needs redesigning - and, because it’s 2026, where AI can help without turning feedback into something strangely impersonal.
Panelists:
– Anna Török-Böröcz - Operations @ Reasonable AI
– Attila Ferik - General Manager, Head of AI, Analytics and Data Engineering @ HCLTech
– Balázs Bozsogi - VP Engineering @ Rabbit
