About this Event
Slow down and discover the art of tea blending in this hands-on wellness workshop. In this two hour workshop , You will explore a range of teas, herbs, flowers and botanicals, then create two personalised blends to take home. Along the way, simple mindfulness practices guide you to engage your senses, quiet the mental noise and settle into the present moment. It is a relaxing, creative space to reconnect with yourself and others, one cup at a time.
This workshop is only open to participants aged 6 and above.
