We're bringing a taste of the Lion City to your table with a lunch buffet celebrating Singapore’s big flavours and much-loved favourites. From your first bowl of laksa to your last spoonful of Ice Kacang, this is a feast made for exploring and going back for more.
Make your first stop our live Singapore laksa station, then fill your plate with Hainanese chicken, chicken and beef satay with peanut sauce, fragrant nasi lemak and Singapore Hokkien noodles. Discover crispy spiced chicken, sambal prawn and eggplant, vibrant Nyonya salads and Stamford’s signature curry puffs along the way.
The feast continues with bubur cha-cha, jackfruit cake and Ice Kacang, alongside playful sweet creations including ondeh-ondeh profiteroles and rose syrup Bandung and lychee panna cotta.

- Tickets are event specific and are non-transferable to any other event.
- Seat allocation will be determined by Stamford Plaza Adelaide.
- To guarantee you're seated with friends, please book all tickets in one transaction.
- Menu items and meal periods are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change.
- Special dietary requests can be accommodated, so please inform us of any specific requirements at the time of booking.
- All ticket purchases will accrue a booking fee (*plus booking fee). The booking fee is charged by Eventbrite.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made before 21 November 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
- No shows will be charged at the full booking price.
