What happens when you let the cards guide the practice?
Join us on the Oasis Lawn at Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa for Tarot Flow: Movement + Messages, a playful, intuitive 60-minute Vinyasa yoga experience blending movement, breath, and tarot.
Throughout the class, you’ll move through a flowing yoga practice with occasional tarot pulls woven into the experience. Each card becomes an invitation — a theme, question, or message to explore as you move, creating a practice that feels a little different every time.
No previous tarot experience is needed. Simply stay open to what the universe wants to say, move with intention, and see what message finds you.

20-minute private tarot readings with Kristel will be available to book immediately following class for anyone who would like a more personalized reading.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and bug spray. Blocks are optional, and you’re always welcome to bring anything else that makes your practice more comfortable.
