TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR WELLBEING WORKSHOP

Manage Stress. Improve Sleep. Build Resilience.

Life can be busy.

Work pressures, family commitments, finances, relationships and the constant demands of modern life can leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious and mentally exhausted.

Many people know they should be looking after themselves better, but aren't always sure where to start.

The Take Charge Wellbeing Workshop is a practical, engaging and down-to-earth session designed to help you better understand stress, anxiety, sleep and wellbeing, while providing simple tools you can start using immediately.

This isn't a lecture.

It's not about being perfect.

And it's certainly not about adding more to your to-do list.

It's about learning practical strategies that can help you feel calmer, sleep better, think clearer and cope more effectively with life's challenges.

During this interactive workshop you'll learn:

• Why stress affects us the way it does

• Understanding the body's stress and anxiety response

• Simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and body

• Practical ways to manage pressure and overwhelm

• Strategies to improve sleep quality and recovery

• How to build resilience during challenging times

• Small habits that can create lasting positive change

Whether you're thriving, feeling stretched, or simply looking for new tools to support yourself and those around you, this workshop is for you.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone wanting practical tools to better manage stress, improve sleep, reduce anxiety and enhance their overall wellbeing.

No prior experience or knowledge is required.

What Makes This Different?

The Take Charge Wellbeing Workshop combines evidence-based wellbeing strategies with practical, real-world tools that can be applied immediately at home, at work and in everyday life.

No jargon.

No judgement.

Just practical tools that work.

Why Is This Event Free?

This event is proudly funded by the Dirt n Dust Run and Greater Bunbury Rotary.

Every year, teams, sponsors and volunteers take part in the Dirt n Dust Run, raising funds to support mental health initiatives across regional Western Australia.

Thanks to their incredible efforts, this initiative is helping bring practical mental health education, connection and support directly into regional communities.

By attending, you're helping build stronger, more connected communities and supporting a shared vision of training 100+ Mental Health First Aiders across regional WA.

Every dusty kilometre travelled by Dirt n Dust Run participants helps create real change in regional towns.
