7-week course running from 5th Jan - 16th Feb
The sessions are led by Paul, who has been studying Taiji for over 25 years under a succession of skilled, caring, and supportive teachers. Encouraged by his current teacher, Paul began teaching in 2018 and quickly built popular classes across Llandeilo, Ferryside, Carmarthen, and St Clears. During lockdown, he continued teaching online, helping a diverse community of students stay connected, active, and engaged throughout the pandemic.
Now teaching once again in St Clears, Paul is delighted to be bringing a new class to the National Botanic Garden of Wales. His teaching combines a short Yang Style Taiji form with complementary qigong and neigong practices, creating sessions that are accessible for beginners while still offering depth and challenge for more experienced students.
Come and enjoy mindful movement in one of Wales’ most inspiring natural settings.

Arweinir y sesiynau gan Paul, sydd wedi bod yn astudio Taiji ers dros 25 mlynedd dan arweiniad cyfres o athrawon medrus, gofalgar a chefnogol. Ar anogaeth ei athro presennol, dechreuodd Paul addysgu yn 2018 ac adeiladodd ddosbarthiadau poblogaidd yn gyflym ledled Llandeilo, Ferryside, Caerfyrddin a Sanclêr. Yn ystod y cyfnod clo, parhaodd i addysgu ar-lein, gan helpu cymuned amrywiol o fyfyrwyr i gadw mewn cysylltiad, yn egnïol ac yn ymgysylltu drwy gydol y pandemig.
Bellach yn addysgu unwaith eto yn Sanclêr, mae Paul yn falch iawn o ddod â dosbarth newydd i’r Ardd Fotaneg Genedlaethol.
