Table tennis is an ideal low-impact sport for seniors as it is gentle on the joints, improves balance and coordination, and provides both physical and mental stimulation. It can be played throughout one’s life, making it a fantastic option for older adults—just Google KC legend Bill Guilfoil, who participated in the Olympic Trials at age 93! This club will be open to all levels of players. We will play singles and/or doubles depending on how many people are present and will try to pair people up on teams based on skill level. Come join the fun!
