Please join us for our upcoming Lawrence PRIDE Board Election! This will take place on Sunday, September 27, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Lawrence Public Library, Meeting Room A. This is your chance to help steer the future of Lawrence Pride!
There are two requirements to voting and/or running in an open position. You must have:
1) Attended at least one committee meeting and
2) Volunteered for Lawrence Pride at least once in the year before the meeting.
If you have already volunteered, the last opportunity to attend a committee meeting and gain voting rights is our August Committee Meeting (August 23, 4-6PM, Lawrence Public Library Meeting Room A). Virtual attendance is an option for those who need it.
Positions up for election are:
Director
Finance Chair
Fundraising Chair
Community Engagement Chair
Events Chair.
Finance Chair is a 1 year term and the rest are 2 year terms.
