About this Event
PMI Synergy, the PMI UK Chapter’s annual flagship event, is a celebration of the project profession, its people, ideas and impact. This year, Built for Chaos explores what it takes to succeed when uncertainty, disruption and complexity are part of everyday delivery.
Assess means understanding the environment before acting. It draws on Business Acumen to interpret data, recognise emerging risks and opportunities, understand stakeholder needs, consider sustainability and use AI responsibly to improve insight and decision-making.
Adapt means changing how we work as conditions evolve. Through Ways of Working, project professionals can tailor approaches, combine predictive and agile methods, use technology intelligently and create faster feedback loops that support better outcomes.
Advance means turning insight and adaptability into sustained success. Power Skills such as leadership, communication, collaboration, influence and resilience help teams maintain momentum, create value and deliver outcomes that endure.
Together, the three As bring the PMI Talent Triangle® to life and reflect PMI’s M.O.R.E. mindset through broader perspective, continuous reassessment, ownership of success and a relentless focus on value.
Join us at PMI Synergy to Assess. Adapt. Advance and help shape a more successful, sustainable and AI-enabled future for the project profession.
