Join a relaxed, hands-on sushi making workshop in Amsterdam and learn how to prepare home-style Japanese sushi.
This is not a demonstration — you will actively make your own sushi step by step, guided by a Japanese host.
In a small group setting (max 4 people), you’ll create different types of sushi while learning simple techniques you can easily recreate at home and hold a Sushi party at your home!
Perfect for beginners, food lovers, and anyone curious about Japanese cuisine.
What you’ll make
- Hosomaki (Small rolls) — egg, salmon, or cucumber
- Uramaki (Inside-out rolls) — tuna mayo or spicy tuna
- Futomaki (Thick roll) — traditional Japanese-style
- Temaki (Hand rolls) — salmon, tuna spread , Japanese omlet and a variaty of toppings
