Sunset Savasana: Yoga on the Cliffs

All are welcome to join at this yoga class for all levels. We gather on sunset cliffs to flow while overlooking the ocean. An all levels class means everyone from beginner to expert can gain something from this class. Our goal is balance and connection with ourselves in my classes while integrating a vinyasa flow, movement to breth style class.

Our class will alternate weekly with @move.with.danielle and @yoga_jawn with this event listing dates I will be teaching there.

Please bring a yoga mat (I have extra if you need one!), a towel for under your mat, a sweater in case in gets cold. Donations are accepted but never mandated. This class is open to all.
