PBPT Sunrise Run Club is a 10-week structured programme for women, designed to help you build consistency, strength, and confidence in your running, all leading towards a supported 10km run on November 7th.
Starting September 3rd through to November 5th, we meet EVERY Thursday morning from 6:30–7:30am in Mayow Park, Sydenham.
This is more than just a run club. You’ll be guided through 10 progressive sessions, each with a specific focus to help you improve safely and effectively:
- Warm-up drills & running technique
- Zone 2 (easy aerobic running)
- Threshold pacing & interval training
- Building endurance week by week
I’ll be there every step of the way to coach, support and adapt sessions to suit all abilities.
Drop in weekly sessions are also available for those not able to commit to the full 10 weeks.
What’s included:

- The Sunrise System: your full training programme (running, strength + mobility) for you to action at home or gym
