Hannah helps people move out of the stressed, constantly “on” state that can make it difficult to slow down and into an experience of greater stillness, presence, and ease.
Through crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, and other soothing instruments, you’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey designed to help you slow down, soften tension in the body, and settle the mind. As you listen and receive, your breathing may naturally slow, your muscles may soften, and your thoughts may become quieter. It becomes easier to simply be present, rest, and relax without thinking about the next thing on your to-do list.
Hannah discovered sound healing during a time when her mind was constantly running and chronic stress and fatigue were at an all-time high. Sound healing became a way for her to slow down, feel more connected in her body, and relax deeply. It’s a big part of why she loves sharing this practice with others.
Whether you're looking to reconnect with yourself or simply take a much-needed pause, this is a chance to slow down before a new week begins. Come as you are. No meditation or sound healing experience is needed.

Doors close at 4:05 pm. No late entry is permitted once instruments begin playing to honor every guest's experience.
Parking & Location: The Lighthouse is located at San Carlos, 2 NW of 8th #210, Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA 93921. Between Earth Cura Apothecary and Adam Jeselnik architects office.
Free all day parking is available at the Sunset Center (unless they are having an event), and there is ample 2 hour parking available along the nearby streets. It is recommend to arrive a few minutes early to find parking and ease into the class.
Included at The Lighthouse: Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided for your comfort. Floor chairs are available if you prefer a seated posture.
Optional tea is available after the sound journey to enjoy a gentle transition back to your evening.
