About this Event
A therapist-led afternoon exploring attachment styles, relationship dynamics, and the ways we connect with ourselves and others.
A Sunday afternoon to learn, reflect, connect, and reset.
Join SSA Psychotherapy for an insightful and grounding afternoon dedicated to understanding attachment, exploring our relationship patterns, and developing a deeper awareness of ourselves and how we connect with others.
Together, we’ll explore:
- The different attachment styles and how they show up in our relationships
- How our early experiences shape our attachment patterns and the ways we give and receive love
- Common relationship dynamics and why we may find ourselves repeating certain patterns
- How attachment influences emotional regulation, intimacy, communication, and connection
- An interactive attachment-style questionnaire to help you identify and better understand your own patterns
- Guided reflection, interactive discussions, and opportunities to connect and share experiences with others
- A collective 30-minute nature walk surrounded by the beautiful colours of fall, offering space to ground, reflect, and connect
- A relaxing 30-minute slow yoga flow led by a wonderful instructor to reconnect with your body, release tension, and unwind
This afternoon is an opportunity to gain insight into why we relate the way we do, recognize patterns that may no longer serve us, and explore how we can cultivate healthier, more secure connections with ourselves and others.
Whether you're navigating romantic relationships, exploring your own attachment patterns, healing from past experiences, or simply curious to learn more about yourself, this space is for you.
Following our interactive information session, we'll step outdoors for a collective 30-minute nature walk, taking in the beautiful colours of autumn while creating space for reflection, meaningful conversations, and connection with our community.
We'll then close the afternoon with a gentle, slow-paced yoga flow, offering an opportunity to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and fully embrace a peaceful Sunday reset.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your attachment style, greater awareness of your relationship patterns, and practical insights you can carry into your everyday life.
If you've been considering beginning your own 1:1 therapy journey, this is also an opportunity to connect with SSA Psychotherapy and learn more about how we can support you.
Come as you are. Leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and the connections you create. 🤍
