Connect with nature and deeper layers of your being as we practice yoga to the sounds of the ocean. We’ll move slowly and mindfully through poses, giving you the opportunity to drop into your body. Classes are infused with elements of nature, Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga's 8 limb path to guide you toward living in balance, harmony and joy. Each session ends with an extended Savasana featuring crystal bowl sound bath.
This all-levels practice is for everyone, offering postures that aim to increase mobility and flexibility while releasing tension and finding a sense of calm and ease within.
Location:
We meet on the cliffs near the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St. Arrive 10-15 minutes early as class begins at 10am. Please see Jamie to scan and sign a waiver prior to class if it’s your first time, or sign the online waiver here.
What to bring:
Bring water, a yoga mat and optional towel or blanket. Wearing sunscreen and layers is recommended as weather varies from bright sun to cloudy and windy.
