🌳🌎Feel the Earth We start together under the trees- a slow guided walk through the redwoods to ground ourselves and absorb nature's calming energy no pace to keep. just presence.
📕Journal Soak in☀️ Sunlight Bring your favorite journal, pen and lunch ‣
✨️We will offer a few prompts then leave space for you to write or draw whatever the walk stirred up
🎶Sound Bath
We will close together in stillness with a crystal sound bath to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, slow down active brainwaves into meditative alpha and theta states, and help relieve physical tension by soothing the nervous system. A soft reset before starting your week

✨️As you enter the park, drive for about 3–5 minutes until you reach the main parking lot. From there, walk toward the Stream Trail 👣. Your guide, Rosa, will be waiting for you and will walk you back to our base location.
At the base, you’ll be able to leave your belongings—such as blankets and yoga mats—before heading out on your walk. Afterward, you’ll return for a soothing sound bath and a shared community lunch.
