Stretching & Meditation with Horses: Sundays at 5:30 PM

NOTE: Due to a scheduling conflict, the March 15 class will start at 4:15 PM.

Relax and unwind as we stretch and meditate in the pasture with our horses and minis. 🐴

• Families welcome and no experience needed! Wear something comfortable and bring a small tarp or tablecloth, a yoga mat, and water.
• We’ll practice Hatha-style yoga stretches, embracing the balance of the Sun and the Moon, the Yin and the Yang, and connecting the Body, Mind, and Spirit, followed by a guided meditation.
• Conveniently located in Raleigh, near Knightdale and I-540.

Suggested contribution: $15 per participant or $25 per family. We accept cash, Venmo (Jules-Cohen-2), and CashApp ($PlanetPeaceFarm). We also accept credit cards (you pay the processing fee).
