Join Lucy B for a lovely Yin Yoga pratice followed by a delcious sound bath!
Friday 29nd 7-9pm @ Substation, Brixton
Stretch n Sound will be a way for people to play with Yin Yoga, ask questions and find shapes that work for you!
Then a big lie down with a lovely little sound bath!

This workshop is for all levels and experinces.
Useful To Know
-The studio is up 1 flight of stairs
-The venue has 3x gender neutral toilets
-Low level muisc will be played through out the practice
-This practice requires the ability to move from the floor to standing
-Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
This workshop is sliding scale to, please purchase the ticket price that you are able to afford.
