Strengthening Governance & Financial Sustainability Workshop

Charity trustees are collectively responsible for governance, financial oversight, and ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability. Research undertaken by the Claude Littner Business School at University of West London conducted together with local charities has identified several challenges: - Varied understanding of trustees’ legal responsibilities and Charity Commission expectations - Need for stronger financial oversight and sustainability planning - Desire to improve fundraising and grant application effectiveness. This structured workshop provides a focused opportunity to address these issues, reinforce accountability, and promote strategic alignment among trustees.
