A guided breathwork experience exploring the space between stillness and flow.
About this Event

Stillpoint Breath is a science-informed breathwork practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your natural breathing patterns, and experience a deeper sense of regulation, presence, and ease.
Through guided breathing, nervous system regulation, rhythmic sound, periods of stillness, and gentle breath-led awareness, we explore a simple question:
What becomes possible when the breath becomes effortless?
What You'll Experience
- Guided nasal and diaphragmatic breathing
- Nervous system downregulation
- CO₂ tolerance and breathing-efficiency practices
- Rhythmic breath and music
- Guided stillness and body awareness
- Space for integration, reflection, and deep rest
Rather than pushing the breath to extremes, Stillpoint Breath emphasizes awareness, regulation, and learning to work with the body's natural rhythms.
From the Himalayas to Everyday Life
Stillpoint Breath grew from founder Mo Islam's experience training in the Himalayan mountains, where breath became more than an automatic function—it became a tool for endurance, focus, adaptation, and presence.
Those experiences eventually evolved into a broader exploration of how conscious breathing can support us far beyond the mountains.
The practice brings together principles of modern respiratory science, nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, rhythm, and timeless breathing traditions.
Who Is This For?
This experience is open to beginners as well as people already familiar with breathwork.
Come if you're curious about breathing more efficiently, regulating your nervous system, cultivating greater presence, or simply experiencing what it feels like to become quiet enough to notice your breath differently.
No previous breathwork experience is required.
Your Facilitator
Mo Islam is a breathwork instructor and mountaineer whose exploration of conscious breathing began through high-altitude training at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute in India.
Mo created Stillpoint Breath to bridge respiratory science, nervous system regulation, embodied practice, rhythm, and the experience of inner stillness.
Come As You Are
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal immediately before the session. Bring water and, for an in-person session, a yoga mat or anything you need to rest comfortably.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
You don't need to be an athlete.
You don't need to be "good" at breathwork.
Just bring your breath.
