Step Up is an advanced training created for practitioners who have already completed a Vita de Lux sound therapy training and feel ready to go deeper—beyond structure, beyond form, and into the subtle layers of facilitation and healing.
Here, we explore the essence of sound work—not only as something you do, but as something you are.
🌿 What This Training Is About
This is a space to refine your sensitivity, deepen your awareness, and expand your capacity as a facilitator.
We move into the more intuitive, energetic, and shamanic dimensions of sound healing—where your state of being becomes the main instrument.
You will explore:
Your inner state and how it shapes the space you hold
Presence as the foundation of all sound work
Subtle listening—beyond sound, into energy and field
Working with intention, intuition, and trust
Shamanic aspects of healing and holding space
The relationship between sound, silence, and the unseen
How to meet what arises in a session—without needing to fix or control
Deepening authenticity and personal expression in your work
🔔 The Approach
This weekend is experiential and immersive.
We work through:
Guided journeys and meditations
Sound explorations and intuitive play
Group processes and reflection
Partner work and shared sessions
Ritual and ceremonial space
Rather than focusing on “how to play,” we focus on how to listen, how to feel, and how to be.

Aistė Li is a psychologist, sound therapist, and teacher known for her ability to create deep, safe, and transformative spaces.
Her work goes beyond technique—into presence, awareness, and the subtle layers of human experience. She supports practitioners in finding their own authentic way of working, grounded in both knowledge and intuition.
