Why consider a career in IT?
Technology is part of almost every industry. From helping people solve computer problems to understanding cloud platforms and basic programming, IT skills can open up different pathways to explore.
You don't need to have your entire career mapped out before you start. Building your foundation is a practical first step.
What will you learn?
Through your Certificate III in Information Technology, you'll develop foundational knowledge and skills in areas including:
- IT support: Understand the fundamentals of helping users with common technology issues.
- Cloud computing: Explore cloud concepts and AWS Cloud Foundations.
- Programming: Develop an introduction to Python and basic coding concepts.
- Operating systems: Build familiarity with Windows and Linux fundamentals.
- IT fundamentals: Develop your understanding of technology and how different IT systems work.
Why choose in-person training?
Prefer learning with others rather than studying entirely online?
Face-to-face training gives you the opportunity to learn in a classroom environment, engage with trainers and take part in practical learning activities.
It can be a helpful option if you value a structured learning environment and the opportunity to ask questions as you learn.
