Consider them a comforting cup of tea for your soul, where you can share stories, memories and laughter with others who understand what you are going through.
The supportive hospice team will be here with warm smiles and a listening ear. You’re not alone on this journey, so come along, share, connect and let’s fill our hearts with hope together.
