A relaxed, beginner-friendly crochet class for kids aged 8+ who'd like to have a go at crochet.About this Event
We'll start right at the beginning, learning a couple of simple stitches and getting to grips with how to hold the hook and yarn. No previous experience needed; this is very much a learn-as-you-go session.
The class is 75 minutes and deliberately kept small, with a maximum of 4 children, so everyone gets plenty of help and encouragement.
They'll get to learn something new and enjoy some proper screen-free making time. They'll leave with the beginnings of their crochet project to continue at home.
The workshop takes place at Alturo Lounge, so parents are welcome to stay nearby and grab a coffee, drink or something to eat while the kids are crafting.
