A relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you learn the basics without overwhelm.During the session, you’ll:
🧶 Learn how to hold the hook and yarn in a way that's comfortable for you
🧶 Practice simple beginner stitches
🧶 Understand basic pattern language (UK and US terms explained)
🧶 Start your own beginner crochet sampler to take home (progress will look different for everyone, and that’s completely fine)
All materials and a cuppa are provided, and you’ll have plenty of guidance throughout.
You’ll also receive a simple instruction leaflet to take home, complete with QR codes linking to video demonstrations of the stitches we cover.
This workshop is ideal if you:
🧶 Have never crocheted before
🧶 Tried once and got stuck
🧶 Prefer learning in a friendly, small-group setting
🧶 Already crochet a little but would love stitches explained clearly in person
