Hello Sault Surge Families,This is a reminder that our SSAT Parents Meeting will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15 at 6:00 PM in the classroom above the pool at John Rhodes Community Centre.
Attendance is mandatory for new members and families with younger swimmers, as we will be covering important information to help you navigate the upcoming season successfully.
Topics will include:
Club expectations and policies
Volunteer and committee opportunities
Meet information and season planning
Communication channels and resources
Questions and answers with coaches and the executive
Attendance will be taken, and families who attend will earn volunteer points.
As part of our efforts to continue building a strong and sustainable club, families will also be asked to sign up for a committee to support Sault Surge throughout the season. Whether your interests are in fundraising, social events, food services, or meet operations, there are opportunities for everyone to contribute.
Additional information can be found in the attached Parent Handbook, which we encourage all families to review before the meeting.
