Over seven weeks, we will move through the seven chakras—exploring each energy centre through intuitive movement and dance, transformational practices, meditation, reflection, sound, and connection.
Each evening will include an immersive sound bath and space to gather in a supportive sharing circle. You'll also receive a weekly handout with teachings, reflection prompts, and simple at-home practices so the journey can continue beyond our time together. 🌿
There is no choreography and absolutely no dance experience is needed. This isn't about how you look when you move. It's about getting curious, listening inward, and allowing your body to express and explore.
